A place that takes its time

Las Delicias Del Sabor started with a simple conviction: that a café should feel like a good conversation — never rushed, always genuine. On 15th Avenue in Longview, we built a space where that conviction shows up in everything from the grind size to the way we welcome you through the door.

By day, we focus on coffee done right — single-origin pour-overs, properly pulled espressos, and pastries that actually taste like they were made this morning. By night, the space shifts into something quieter and darker: cocktails with intention, wine that invites a second glass, and the kind of atmosphere where the evening stretches out comfortably.
